Advanced Renovations, Inc. is a full service Design-Build remodeling company owned and operated by Roger Ketchum and Duane Johns. Upon founding the company in 1997 we agreed to set a new standard for quality and customer satisfaction in the rapidly growing home remodeling market. One of our primary goals was to debunk the myth that a remodeling project had to be painful and difficult experience. In the past 13 years we have managed to grow our business at a steady pace by promoting people within our company while developing strong relationships with our clients, vendors and industry associates. These relationships strengthen
our team mentality allowing us to produce outstanding results while providing our customers with a pleasurable experience throughout their project.
