All the Amenities of Home

Four years ago when Todd and Vicki Boerema moved to Charlotte, they already knew who would build their new home. "We used to live in Atlanta," explains Vicki, "and knew of a community there that had the style and amenities we wanted." And because Vicki is an agent for Allen Tate Realtors, she quickly looked up that same builder to see what might be available in Charlotte.

The builder was John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. All those amenities provide venues for neighbors to build lasting relationships. "We've found that everyone moved here for the same reasons," says Vicki. "The opportunities to meet people have created friendships. That's so important for the way families live today."
